Also Hull, Gatineau, Pontiac and Papineau Counties in the Province of Quebec. Also all of Sudbury and Manitoulin islands Districts, excluding Chapleau-Foylet area. Also fifteen miles, and to include the village of Dorset and south of Huntsville on Highway 11 to the Stevenson Township line, as well as the city of North Bay, including the District of Nipissing and the portion of the District of Parry Sound lying East of a line running North and South 15 miles West of Highway 11.
