In Wisconsin, the following Counties or parts thereof: All of Brown, Calumet, Door, Florence, Fond Du Lac, Forest, Green Lake, Iron, Kewaunee, Langlade, Lincoln, Manitowoc, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, Outagamie, Price, Shawano, Sheboygan, Taylor, Vilas, Waupaca, and Winnebago Counties. All of Ozaukee County North of the townships of Port Washington and Saukville. The townships of Rose, Wautoma, Dakota, Spring Water, Wild Rose, Mount Morris, Marion, Saxeville, Leon, Redgranite, Lohrville, Warren, Bloomfield, Poy Sippi, and Aurora in Waushara County. The townships of Neshkoro, Crystal Lake, Shields, Montello, Mecan, and Buffalo in Marquette County. The townships of Randolph, Cambria, Cortland, and Fountain Prairie in Columbia County. All of dodge county North of Highway 33 and East to West to Beaver Dam, then an imaginary line West to Doylestown in Columbia County, not to include with city limits of all Horicon, and to include within city limits all of Beaver Dam and South Beaver Dam.
