Membership Applications
Although we recommend that new members use our online registration process, we have provided downloadable membership forms that you can print and submit to your local chapter of the AFM.
Applying for AFM Membership:
- Find the AFM Local for your geographic region here.
- Mail the application (linked below) to the Local's address
- After receiving your application, the Local will contact you to discuss the application and AFM membership details
