SRLA 1-year extension ratified

Dear Member,

I am pleased to announce that the membership voted overwhelmingly to ratify the 1-year extension of the Sound Recording Labor Agreement. 

The extension includes a 2% increase in all scale wages with the exception of the low budget experimental rate plus a $.50 increase in Health and Welfare Fund contributions except for low budget recordings. These increases are effective Monday, February 9, 2009 and will run through January 31, 2010. Scale summary sheets are available on the this Website.
