THEATRICAL AND TELEVISION MOTION PICTURE AGREEMENT RATIFICATION BALLOT

On March 10, 2010, the American Arbitration Association mailed ballots for this ratification referendum to Federation members who were eligible to vote.  On March 24, 2010, the Federation learned that a number of members who were eligible to cast ballots were not sent ballots.  The eligible members who were not sent ballots have been identified and have been sent duplicate ballots.  In light of this discovery, the Federation has extended the deadline for the receipt of all ballots to 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, Wednesday April 14, 2010.  Any ballot not received by this deadline will not be counted.  If you have not received a ballot and believe you are eligible to vote in the referendum, please call Chuck Skorupski at (800)762-3444, extension 1254.
