Also the southern portion of St. Louis County which includes Van Buren, Ness, Alborn, New Independence, Grand Lake, Fredenberg, Gnesen, Normanna, Alden, Duluth, Halden, Floodwood, Arrowhead, Culver, Industrial, Canosia, Rice Lake, Lakewood, Prairie Lake, Fine Lakes, Stonely Brook, Brevator, Solway, Herman and Midway. In Wisconsin, the following counties: Douglas, Bayfield, Ashland and Burnett.
