Those delegates who wish to receive their per diem on the final day of the Convention will be issued checks during payout upon adjournment of the Convention.

Those delegates not wishing to receive their per diem on the final day of the Convention should give their per diem card to the International Secretary-Treasurer or controller. A check will then be issued to those delegates from the New York office and forwarded to them.

Will the host hotel be billed directly for my room stay? TOP

No. There will be general hotel reservation information available to Local Officers and Delegates prior to the July 2013 Convention. You shall be responsible for:

1.      Providing necessary credit card information to the Riviera Hotel at the time of your reservation;

Following the Convention, those delegates whose accommodations are to be paid by the AFM will be required to submit a copy of their hotel bill to the AFM for appropriate reimbursement. Please be reminded that the AFM must guarantee a certain number of guest rooms in order to get the free use of the convention area and all of the conference and committee rooms around the convention area. When delegates stay at the Riviera at the Casino rate the AFM does not receive credit for any rooms. Therefore, since the AFM may be required to reimburse the hotel for any rooms unfilled under the guarantee, it cannot reimburse any delegate who stays at the Riviera at the casino rate. Official Lyrics to "The Star Spangled Banner" TOP

Oh, say can you see by the dawn's early light
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming
Whose broad stripes and bright stars thru the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming
And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.
Oh, say does that Star - Spangled Banner yet wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave

Official Lyrics to "O Canada" TOP

O Canada!
Our home and native land!
True patriot love in all thy sons command.

With glowing hearts we see thee rise,
The True North strong and free!

From far and wide,
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

God keep our land glorious and free!
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
